I’m about 3 weeks from delivery. I’m taking the 5W, and this preg. has been so remarkably different with the other recommendations you made. I ran out of the digest enzymes for a few days a couple weeks ago and boy was I miserable. I know now why I felt like a gas blimp with the prev. preg’s. I can’t believe what a diff. it makes when you’re in tune with what your body really needs. Also, I’ve been drinking the Rasp. tea, with some other things for preg. this whole time and this is the first time that I’ve not been put on bedrest with pre-term labor. In fact, I’ve had very few contractions at all. My muscles feel stronger than when i was preg. for the 1st time. Amazing!
