Optimum food program – rules for eating well to get well...

Make a habit of applying the following General Diet Regimen to your everyday living. This is a healthy way to live - not just a “DIET”! The best diet, over the period of a day, is 2 different fruits; at least 4-6 vegetables; 1 protein and 1 starch; with fruit or vegetable juices between meals. Eat at least (more if you like!) 2 green, leafy vegetables a day. 50-60% o the food you eat daily should be raw. Consider this regimen a dietetic law! We know you may not follow this plan 100%… strive for that and at the very least do it 51% and above! Otherwise you simply will not heal.

RULES OF EATING
1. Do not fry foods; 2. Do not eat when angry or upset or worried (foods won’t digest properly) ; 3. Do not eat beyond your needs; 4. Be sure to thoroughly chew your food

RULES FOR GETTING WELL
1. No drinking alcohol; 2. Exercise daily; 3. Walk barefoot on sand or grass 10 minutes daily; 4. Bed at 10pm sharp (or earlier!)

FOOD HEALING LAWS
1. Natural food - 50-60% of food eaten should be raw
2. Your diet should be 80% alkaline and 20% acid
3. Proportion: 6 vegetables, 2 fruits, 1 starch and 1 protein daily
4. Variety: vary proteins, starches, veggies and fruits from meal to meal and *day to day
5. Overeating: You can kill yourself with the amount of food you eat
6. Combinations: separate starches and proteins. One at lunch and the **other at dinner. Have fruits for breakfast and at 3pm
7. Bake, broil or roast. If you eat meat, have it - but only 3 times a week. This includes poultry, fish and lean meats; no fat; no pork
8. Use stainless steel, low-heat cooking utensils

HEALING BROTH (great to use daily or when going through a healing crisis!)
Peel 2 medium potatoes (1/4″ thick) and simmer peelings only in a pint of water for 15 minutes. Strain and drink only the broth. This is a potent broth for assisting elimination. You may want to try a more varied, but equally-potent recipe as follows: 2 cups potato peelings, 1 tbsp vegetable broth powder or WHEX (goat milk whey powder), 2 cups carrot tops, 1 medium onion, 1 cups of celery tops, 1 cup of celery stalk. Chop all, add to water, bring slowly to boil, simmer 20 minutes. Strain off broth and drink 1-3 cups daily of liquid only.

BEFORE BREAKFAST
Upon rising and 1/2 hour before breakfast, take any natural, unsweetened fruit juice, such as grape, pineapple, prune, fig, apple or black cherry. Or you may use 1 full lemon squeezed into 6oz. of water. Liquid chlorophyll can be used also, 1 tsp in a glass of water. You can have a broth and lecithin drink if you desire. Take a teaspoon of vegetable broth powder and 1 tablespoon of lecithin granules and dissolve in a glass of warm water. Between fruit juice and breakfast do the following: skin brushing (dry with natural bristle brush), exercises, deep breathing or playing. Shower - start with warm water and end the shower with cool water until your breath quickens. Never shower immediately upon rising.

NOTES: you may exchange your noon meal for the evening meal. It takes exercise to handle raw food and we generally get more exercise after the noon meal, that is why a raw salad is advised at noon. If one eats sandwiches, have vegetables at the same time!
The average person takes too much wheat, milk and sugar products. These are built up in the body over the years, causing mucus membrane problems (sinusitis, colds, congestion, elimination problems). It is advised to cut back on these drastically or avoid entirely in order to allow them to be drained out of every tissue in the body. Every doctor knows that wheat and milk are the basis for more allergy problems and elimination problems. Wheat also puts on fat! I recommend using only, millet, rye, barley, brown rice and yellow cornmeal as starches. Millet grain has no gluten. Rye builds strength and endurance. The average American diet includes 10 times more wheat, milk and sugar than we should have. This is a terribly high excess. To mend your body we have to restore balance At least cut wheat, milk and sugar to the very minimal amount of less than 5%. This will greatly help those who are afflicted with asthma, bronchitis, hay fever, allergies, arthritis, obesity and headaches.
